ROOF INSPECTION & ASSESSMENT

All inspection/assessment reports are provided in PDF format with photos and allow our customers to create historical data for their roof. Roof inspections/assessments are crucial in detecting issues early and limiting further deterioration of the roofing system.
ROOF SURVEY
Provide a plan view and detail drawings of the roof, building perimeters, drainage features, rooftop penetrations and ancillary items. Roof surveys allow for a visual interpretation of the roof area(s) and section details of perimeter construction. The scaled drawings are used to locate existing and new equipment, aid in building remodeling and expansion and any modifications affecting the roof.
MOISTURE SURVEY
Moisture left undetected within existing roofing will lead to substantial expenditures that should be avoided. The most common and economical moisture survey is a thermographic or infrared study, which identifies wet areas located throughout the roof area.
